Speech-Language Pathology
Compassionate, evidence-based speech therapy tailored to you — because every voice deserves to be heard and celebrated.
About Me
Hi, I'm Lisa Maietta, the owner of Always Speechy, LLC, proudly serving Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ. I earned both my Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders (with a minor in Education) and my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Monmouth University, graduating in 2020.
My experience spans a variety of settings — schools, private practice, and skilled nursing facilities — where I've had the privilege of supporting both children and adults through a wide range of communication and swallowing challenges. I've worked with individuals with articulation and phonological disorders, autism, apraxia, Down syndrome, ADHD, language delays, stuttering, and complex/multiple disabilities, as well as adults with cognitive-communication needs and swallowing disorders.
What truly drives me is my passion for helping people and making a meaningful, lasting impact in their lives. I believe in treating each client as a whole person — not just a diagnosis — and I strive to create a supportive, comfortable environment for both clients and their families.
Outside of my work as an SLP, I'm a busy mom of two little ones under two and a big fan of all things Disney — so you can always expect a little bit of fun and magic woven into my sessions. I'm so happy you're here and would love to connect!
